Recruitment procedure

While looking for a proper person for the particular position we use different forms of communication with the job market and potential employees: press advertisements, the Internet (recruitment web portals, our Internet site) and we base on the candidates that were recommended by the present workers.

The recruitment process usually consists of the following stages:

  • We begin with the selection of the candidates on the basis of the sent documents. We assess their consistency with our expectations presented in the recruitment advertisement. We pay special attention to the fulfillment of the requirements by the candidate.
  • Chosen people are asked to participate in the job interview in the adequate territory branch. During the interview we like to become acquainted with the candidates, their skills, knowledge, experience, foreign languages knowledge, attitudes, interests and personality. It is also a good time for the candidates to get to know about the company and the position their applies as much as possible. We have usually two job interviews. The candidates are asked to fill in the theoretical tests, depending on the position it is also possible to have a practical test – that helps to verify the candidate’s capacity and their manual skills.
