Internal Control Inspector

Because we continuously want to improve the quality of provided services we have at our disposal specialists on the position of Internal Control Inspector, whose main aim is to control the quality of our services.

Introduction of the position of the Internal Control Inspector was aimed at improving the process of the quality control, which is supported by the unannounced control of the work of our Inspectors. These are random controls of the components controlled by our Inspectors and controls of the documentation of which the Department Manager is supposed to take care. The people who act as Internal Control Inspectors have a practical knowledge concerning the organization of internal quality audits (planning, preparing, implementation and reporting), ISO 9001 norm standards and accompanying norms.

Main responsibilities of Internal Control Inspector:

  • Control of the proper performance of the service according to the instructions included in the Control Specification and the requirements of the Customer
  • Guarantee of following the procedures
  • Random control of the orders accomplished by the Inspectors
  • The control of the documentation kept during accomplishing the tasks
